Christmas Ornament Craft Using Sheet Music

broken image

I subscribe to Better Homes and Garden, and recently they have an article on making Christmas Ornaments out of Sheet Music.

Since many of you are busy putting up your Christmas trees, this might be a good idea to make your Christmas tree more "Musical"? or perhaps you may need some ideas for some Christmas decorations. This is a good activity for some homemade crafts for family bonding?

The instruction for making this ornament suggest photocopying sheet music. Please visit this link to photocopy music from the free public library. I got for myself which I put in my piano lessons studio.

The solid lines on the star pattern indicates the folds that come out towards you, and the dotted lines indicate valley folds, those that goes away from you. Once you have completed folding the star pattern, punch a small hole at the top and tie a small loop using gold ribbon/thread to complete the ornament.
